Yoga Dork

I'm not sure how much into yoga you need to be to enjoy this fantastic yoga blog, for sure you could spend more time here than on your yoga mat. You could find on this blog some yoga news, but without the serious tone. Fun, which is exactly how a yoga blog should look like.

The Smoking Gun

A professional blog that publishes mugshots and other crime related news on a daily basis. I personally could spend hours in front of all those mugshots, of big names or complete unknown people, those pictures are so flat and so deep at the same time.

A real time eraser.

The Darkwood Review

It's a no-pic-only-words kind of blogs, they kind I usually skip fairly fast. It looks simple, quite ugly to be frank, but if you're into literature - you'd love it.

It's a blog about literature, not entirely dedicated to reviews, and it's written so..accurate. There I found the post entitled How to get published in Granta:

Joseph O'Neil, who wrote the tragically boring, tragically overhyped, tragic novel "Netherland" has figured out for the rest of you toiling shmucks how to get published in Granta: take a grainy picture of a closed Advanced Auto Parts store, write a paragraph of dead prose about it and click submit.

comic tools blog

A fantastic personal blog of a cartoonist. It has all from the daily life of a struggling cartoonist: the best cutter (NT wins over X-acto!), the best school to master your craft, and of course some of the cartoons she makes/fins on the way.

A real treasure blog for all you crafty/arty in heart or in deed.

The Daily Swarm

Tired of all the big news websites that offer too much of the same thing, I started to look for the real news online. Real news, meaning what is really NEW around our small globe? The interesting stuff, the real thing.

I ended up spending way too much time in front of the screen, once I entered The Daily Swarm, a music-related news website, that gives a broad meaning to the word music. Well written, interesting topics, it was enough for me to forget about the world and focus on the news...this is more of a site than a real blog, but have it anyway.

Obsessed with Shoes

Andy Warhol was the first, and he was very good at it. The trick with shoes obsession is, you gotta love them all. You see a shoe, and your mind goes wild. You see it, for what it is, and for what it can be. It's like loving your husband, and loving his pluses and minuses together. It's like a perfection in the inperfection. It's zen.

Enough said. Go get obsessed on this wonderful blog.

Weirdo Toys

The Weirdo Toys blog has a collection of toys most of us would never get for ourselves. They're weird, that's true, but mostly they are simply very bad made or just ugly. You look at this collection and you think, somebody must thell China to stop! Oh I know it's not really China who's responsible for this catastrophe, it's the western people who keep asking for more!

Junk is one of the nicest things one can collect. And what's better for an a-class blog?
