CRUNCH GEAR

This one is a very famous blog about technology and gadgets. It's written in a way one doesn't have to have prior knowledge. The design is clear and simple, and it's just a great blog if you want to feel you know what's happening out there, tech-wise.

WHATS ALAN WATCHING

This blog used to be an independent blog but has moved a few months ago to be under HitFix. It's still a very good blog about TV, and sometimes movies. I have no idead who Alan is, but he's watching a lot of TV, and he writes about it in a way that sends me over and over again to YouTube to catch up.

BUDGET BYTES

I was supposed to fly to NYC to meet a friend of mine. I told her I need to keep this trip on the cheap side, since this summer been pretty rough on my pockets. She said -
Of course we could eat home, but that would probably be more expensive than eating out.
Budget Bytes is a food blog dedicated to making food on a budget. The blog itself looks yummy enough, and I love how it reflects our time. hell, I may even use their recipes.

FAB BLAB

I’m Arushi Khosla, 15 from New Delhi, India. I think Tom Ford owns Tom Hanks’ ass, Coco Chanel is the epitome of the feminist movement, Anna Dell Russo deserves her own reality show and Kelly Kutrone is my idol.
Just a cool blog from a beautiful 15 yo that loves to dress up for the camera.

100 Layer Cake

When I got married I was really terrified. I felt it was very wrong to share such a private feeling like love, and the decision to spend your life with someone, with so many people. Back then I hated all the fuss everybody was making around the wedding party, I didn't want to choose cloths, I didn't care about the cake.
Time has passed, and I've learned some things I didn't know. I don't think love is such a private feeling anymore, and although I'm not all too crazy about weddings, I wish I had been about my own, back then.
Because weddings are fun, and hopefully they are a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and if there's a wedding blog that helps you express this excitement, then it's for sure a blog worth a visit.

Last night i didn't feel at all like anything. Didn't want to go out, didn't feel like staying in. So I chose the middle way: I took my laptop to the balcony. The internet is the great inferno, not exactly there and for certain not really here.
I didn't want to read much, I didn't feel like watching slick images of designed spaces, or too well directed photos. I wanted to search for a real blog, a blog from life. I have some in my A-Class Blogs archive, but I'm always in the search for some new ones.
And then I've found a blog from an illustrator that I thought was pretty good. It's not too sophisticated, and it brings some simple and sometimes very good illustrations.
i would appriciate some technique-talk there, but it's fun just the way it is.

Yoga Dork

I'm not sure how much into yoga you need to be to enjoy this fantastic yoga blog, for sure you could spend more time here than on your yoga mat. You could find on this blog some yoga news, but without the serious tone. Fun, which is exactly how a yoga blog should look like.

The Smoking Gun

A professional blog that publishes mugshots and other crime related news on a daily basis. I personally could spend hours in front of all those mugshots, of big names or complete unknown people, those pictures are so flat and so deep at the same time.

A real time eraser.

The Darkwood Review

It's a no-pic-only-words kind of blogs, they kind I usually skip fairly fast. It looks simple, quite ugly to be frank, but if you're into literature - you'd love it.

It's a blog about literature, not entirely dedicated to reviews, and it's written so..accurate. There I found the post entitled How to get published in Granta:

Joseph O'Neil, who wrote the tragically boring, tragically overhyped, tragic novel "Netherland" has figured out for the rest of you toiling shmucks how to get published in Granta: take a grainy picture of a closed Advanced Auto Parts store, write a paragraph of dead prose about it and click submit.

comic tools blog

A fantastic personal blog of a cartoonist. It has all from the daily life of a struggling cartoonist: the best cutter (NT wins over X-acto!), the best school to master your craft, and of course some of the cartoons she makes/fins on the way.

A real treasure blog for all you crafty/arty in heart or in deed.
